PAA-LAKASAN Runners' Total Workout is a monthly training and racing drills for runners preparing for peak performance level. Runners are instructed to run as a group (packed runs) for a preset distance and pace, for example: a 3-K or 4-K run at 80% effort. At the later stage of the run, in the last kilometer(s), participants are signaled to run at their own race pace to complete a 5-K workout.

The distance will range from 5-K to 10-K sessions. With this system, runners are made to stimulate and experience the joys of racing in packed runs as they blast their way to the finish line in a friendly, competitive spirit, At the end of each workout, a short fellowship time is encourage among participants as a way to share their own experiences of feeling the natural high of running.
